EZBunny is built for small-to-mid healthcare organizations (2 to 50 employees): dental practices, therapy clinics, urgent care centers, home health agencies, primary care offices, optometrists, physical therapy clinics, and business associates like billing companies and IT vendors. An interactive training-plan wizard matches training courses to each team member's role so multi-role practices can review the recommended plan before purchase.

The training covers HIPAA, OSHA, workplace safety, cybersecurity, fraud prevention, and state-specific requirements, all included in a single subscription. Team members complete training on their own time through interactive, scenario-based courses with audio narration and knowledge checks. Each person earns a downloadable certificate with a unique verification URL when they pass. Admins get a dashboard showing who's trained, who's overdue, and one-click audit-ready export reports.
